This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.
• Examine records processed and returned by external vendors and/or internal colleagues.
• Operate within established guidelines to deliver precise results to our clients.
• Ensure all searches are conducted and reported in compliance with state and federal laws as specified in AccuSourceHR’s reporting standards.
• Prepare records for dispatch to clients.
• Analyze data and compare information sets to verify matching identifiers.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Achieve or surpass minimum standard service expectations.
• A High School diploma (or GED) and at least 3 years of screening experience is mandatory; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: capable of writing clearly and informatively.
• Flawless spelling and grammar; must be comfortable communicating through email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
