Reclamations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage all hardware reclamation label requests utilizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

• Provide daily files for reclamation and cancellations to the vendor

• Collaborate directly with schools and teachers to recover computers

• Address vendor-canceled recoveries

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma

• 0-1 year of relevant experience

• Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers through various communication channels

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Must own or have daily access to a smart device capable of downloading/accessing apps

• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team-oriented setting
