This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
β’ Warmly welcome customers both in-person and via phone, directing them to the right team members.
β’ Oversee appointment scheduling and manage office communications.
β’ Aid in responding to incoming inquiries and keeping customer records updated.
β’ Engage with prospective and current customers, identifying opportunities to present insurance options.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service and follow up on customer needs.
β’ Assist the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
β’ Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service position.
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
β’ Comfortable engaging in sales discussions.
β’ Basic proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
β’ Bilingual in Spanish (mandatory).
