This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Respond to incoming phone calls and messages for various law firms, accurately and professionally representing each firm.
β’ Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and vendors, creating a calm and friendly atmosphere that makes callers feel valued and supported.
β’ Pose insightful and focused questions to grasp the purpose and urgency of each communication.
β’ Direct calls to the relevant case managers or legal personnel, ensuring that messages are conveyed even if they go to voicemail.
β’ Record and summarize incoming communications clearly and consistently to provide legal teams with comprehensive context.
β’ Uphold responsiveness and reliability as essential components of building trust between law firms and their clients.
β’ Possess a warm and confident communication style with a professional phone demeanor.
β’ Naturally exhibit empathy and patience when interacting with clients.
β’ Capable of accurately representing multiple organizations while maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude.
β’ Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistently adhere to communication standards.
β’ Remain organized and composed while managing a high volume of incoming requests.
β’ Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
β’ Take pride in providing support to individuals during significant moments.
β’ Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
