Receipt Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily assessment of assigned pending sales receipt submissions

• Maintain exceptional quality while ensuring efficient review processes

• Safeguard against fraudulent activities

• Guarantee short wait times of less than 24 hours for end users

• Prevent the accumulation of pending submissions and rewards

• Engage in daily communication via the client's Slack Channels to resolve discrepancies and extract new insights

• Proficiency in problem-solving

• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)

• Ability to navigate multiple windows and browsers effortlessly, conduct extensive internet research, and type at least 45 WPM

• Familiarity with G-Suite and Microsoft Office applications

• **System Requirements**

• Minimum of 15mbps main internet speed and at least 10mbps for backup

• A desktop or laptop equipped with an i5 processor and at least 8 GB RAM, with an i3 processor as a backup

• Note: Backup systems should remain operational during power interruptions

• A webcam

• A noise-canceling USB headset

• A quiet, dedicated home office
