This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and maintain the RealNex CRM database.
• Accurately update property listings, contact records, and lead information.
• Monitor incoming lead inquiries and respond quickly via email, text, or CRM messaging.
• Qualify and direct leads as necessary.
• Keep track of lead activity and maintain comprehensive notes within the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects about available commercial properties.
• Ensure that all client and property information is organized and current.
• Assist with pipeline management and lead tracking.
• Generate reports and provide updates on lead activity as requested.
• Provide support to the broker with administrative tasks related to the CRM.
• Prior experience using RealNex CRM (mandatory).
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in CRM management and data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to respond to client and prospect inquiries in a professional manner.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable working full-time during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
• Familiarity with commercial property listings and lead management.
• Understanding of commercial real estate terminology and processes.
• Experience in supporting brokers, agents, or real estate teams.
