This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, taking full responsibility for renewals and growth.
• Oversee the complete implementation of compliance frameworks with clients, guiding them from onboarding to audit readiness.
• Establish yourself as a reliable compliance partner, assisting clients in converting structured frameworks into actionable, auditable processes.
• Develop and sustain clear account plans for key customers.
• Conduct organized renewal cycles, including discussions on pricing, scope, and procurement.
• Actively seek upsell and expansion opportunities and drive them to completion.
• Facilitate effective Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clear narratives, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
• Simplify complex security and compliance issues into tangible business value.
• Keep precise records of account health, renewal forecasts, and the expansion pipeline in HubSpot.
• Develop and enhance playbooks, templates, and scalable customer success processes.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably within seed to series B stages.
• Demonstrated responsibility for renewals and expansions, rather than merely managing relationships.
• Proven history of achieving strong Net Revenue Retention in mid-market or upmarket accounts.
• Comfortable managing extended cycles, complex stakeholders, and elevated expectations.
• Confident in navigating challenging renewal and commercial discussions.
• Possess a strong commercial mindset: you consider expansion in every interaction with customers.
• Capable of clearly articulating complex topics in both German (C2) and English.
• Highly organized and process-oriented, even within fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable operating independently and dealing with ambiguity in an early-stage organization.
