This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee a client portfolio in the ongoing phase;
• Guide the customer experience through regular check-ins, well-defined action plans, and a focus on achieving results;
• Drive platform adoption and user engagement by linking system utilization to tangible construction project results;
• Take proactive measures to identify and address issues, minimizing risks and ensuring clients meet their anticipated goals;
• Engage in commercial negotiations as needed to ensure client retention;
• Explore opportunities for growth within the portfolio, such as new construction initiatives, upselling, and cross-selling, in collaboration with relevant teams;
• Evaluate account metrics (usage, engagement, and customer health) to inform decision-making;
• Cultivate a digital mindset, demonstrating curiosity about emerging technologies and an interest in how Artificial Intelligence can enhance processes, experiences, and outcomes.
• Completed or in-progress Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines;
• Prior experience in the construction industry (builders/developers);
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Project;
• Background in commercial/sales or Customer Success positions;
• Familiarity with construction planning and/or cost management and ERPs (Sienge, TOTVS, Mega, among others);
• Willingness to travel periodically (approximately every two months);
• Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
