Senior Credit Analyst – Parabroker, AU Mortgage, Mercury CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist mortgage brokers by overseeing the complete loan processing cycle.

• Collaborate internally with Directors, Mortgage Brokers, and the Broker Support Team.

• Manage and update the Mercury CRM to ensure accurate pipeline tracking.

• Execute initial credit pre-assessments and formulate credit proposals.

• Prepare and package mortgage applications for submission.

• Follow up with lenders, solicitors, and conveyancers to ensure timely progression towards settlement.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients from pre-assessment through to settlement.

• Keep abreast of the latest lender policies, products, and industry regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in credit analysis within the Australian Mortgage Broking Industry.

• In-depth understanding of mortgage, asset finance, personal loan, and commercial loan products and their application processes.

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end loan processing, packaging, and liaising with lenders.

• Proficiency with CRM systems and lender submission platforms.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management capabilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Positive demeanor, robust work ethic, and proven problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to prioritize competing tasks across multiple files simultaneously.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.

• Experience with Mercury CRM (Connective).

• Knowledge of ApplyOnline (AOL).

• Experience with Quickli.

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams.

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or an equivalent qualification (preferred).

• Previous experience in a mortgage broking firm or lending institution (preferred).

• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services sector (preferred).
