This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Work collaboratively with the internal team to guarantee the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, engaging in discussions about campaign goals, performance metrics, and strategic adjustments.
• Collaborate with various departments to strategize and implement marketing campaigns.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate campaign success using analytical tools.
• Resolve any challenges that arise during campaigns and devise solutions to maintain progress.
• Oversee campaign budgets to ensure optimal resource utilization and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a comparable role within a marketing agency.
• A solid understanding of the marketing sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM and project management software.
• A strong dedication to client service coupled with a results-driven mindset.
