Real Property Subject Matter Expert, Workforce Development, Organizational Change Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivers strategic support in workforce development, organizational change management, training, and knowledge management to the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC).

• Aids workforce transformation initiatives within the CNIC Real Property community by creating enterprise training programs, executing organizational change strategies, enhancing workforce readiness, and facilitating policy implementation.

• Acts as a trusted advisor to Government leadership by formulating workforce development strategies, promoting stakeholder engagement, executing communication plans, optimizing business processes, and aiding in organizational transitions.

• Collaborates across various levels to ensure personnel are equipped to meet changing mission requirements while adhering to Department of the Navy policies, procedures, and performance objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in supporting the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, or other Federal agencies in workforce development, training, organizational management, Real Property, or similar mission areas.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise training programs.

• Background in supporting organizational change management initiatives.

• Experience in developing instructional materials, knowledge management products, and workforce documentation.

• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

• Experience in facilitating workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.

• Demonstrated experience in creating policies, SOPs, guidance documents, and communication materials.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of briefing senior leadership.

• Experience in supporting cross-functional teams within complex organizational settings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and other collaboration platforms.

• Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
