Real Estate Specialist, Project Manager – ERP Software Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of subprojects in the implementation of our ERP software WOWIPORT, crafting effective concepts for intricate integration and execution projects within the residential housing sector.

• Collaborating closely with decision-makers, you will provide guidance on functional and process-related inquiries, supporting projects from the planning phase all the way to a successful go-live.

• You will manage both internal and external project stakeholders, orchestrate the functional and technical execution, and ensure that project objectives, timelines, and quality benchmarks are achieved.

• Acting as a strategic partner for your project team, you will assess challenges, explore potential solutions, and create practical, sustainable strategies.

• You will tailor WOWIPORT for our clients, conduct user training, and ensure that users are thoroughly equipped for their daily operations with the system.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have completed vocational training as a real estate clerk/property management clerk, or hold a degree in real estate management or residential property management, or possess a comparable commercial qualification.

• You bring at least three years of professional experience in the housing or real estate sector and possess firsthand knowledge of the industry's challenges and processes.

• You have a passion for digital solutions, enjoy engaging with software, and ideally have prior experience with ERP systems or residential property management software.

• You have either led or actively contributed to projects, preferably within the realms of software implementations, digitalization, or process optimization.

• You approach tasks with an analytical mindset, are solution- and results-driven, and can maintain perspective even in complex projects.

• You work remotely across Germany and are open to visiting clients on-site regularly to effectively support implementation projects.
