This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and cultivate a pipeline of pre-qualified seller leads.
• Conduct exploratory calls to comprehend seller motivations, timelines, and property situations.
• Foster trust and establish robust relationships with property owners.
• Negotiate purchase prices and acquire properties at desired acquisition margins.
• Present and submit offers to motivated sellers.
• Address objections and assist prospects throughout the decision-making process.
• Consistently follow up to enhance conversion opportunities.
• Maintain precise records and activity tracking within GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Collaborate with the acquisitions and operations teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
• Achieve and surpass monthly targets for offer submissions and closed deals.
• Provide insights to leadership regarding lead quality, market trends, and process enhancements.
• Proven experience in closing real estate acquisition or investment deals in the US and/or Canadian markets.
• Strong history of negotiating discounted property purchases.
• Experience engaging with motivated seller leads.
• Demonstrated capability to consistently close deals and surpass sales goals.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport over the phone.
• Comfortable managing a large volume of incoming opportunities.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Self-driven, accountable, and focused on results.
