Real Estate Relocation Coordinator – Global Mobility

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Manage and assign incoming real estate referrals and relocation clients across internal systems.

• Monitor referral statuses and ensure timely follow-ups and compliance by designated agents.

• Keep precise records, status updates, and changes within the necessary relocation/referral platforms.

• Collaborate directly with internal teams and agents to guarantee efficient referral distribution.

• Oversee agent pipelines and portals to make sure that no assignment or referral opportunity is overlooked.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Relocation Coordinator, Referral Operations Specialist, or a similar position within a large real estate brokerage.

• MUST HAVE practical experience with at least one of the following platforms: eRelocation (by ASK), AnywheRE / Leads Engine (by Realogy), Broker Center (by Cartus), Global Referral Network (by Sotheby’s International Realty), CIH Network (by Compass Real Estate), Keller Williams Command CRM / Keller Williams internal systems.

• Experience with established brokerages (e.g., Sotheby’s International Realty, Compass, or similar).

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) – C1/C2 level.

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

• Nice to Have: In-depth understanding of corporate relocation compliance, referral fee structures, and B2B agent networking.

• Experience in high-volume real estate operations or transaction management environments.
