Real Estate Photographer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality images of both residential and commercial interiors and exteriors.

• Provide additional services such as 2D Floor Plans, Matterport tours, and Drone/Aerial photography (if applicable).

• Maintain a professional, punctual, and friendly demeanor while on-site.

• Upload all raw files by 10:00 PM EST on the same day as the shoot.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Proficient in professional Real Estate or Architectural Photography.

• Gear: Possession of a full-frame DSLR or Mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens (16mm–17mm equivalent) and a sturdy tripod (Canon/Nikon preferred).

• Mobility: Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone.

• Soft Skills: A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

• Favorable Skills: FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Drone Certified), experience with Matterport or similar 360° technology, professional videography expertise, and advanced shooting techniques (HDR, Flambient, etc.).
