Real Estate Photographer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality images of both residential and commercial interiors and exteriors.

• Provide additional services such as 2D Floor Plans, Matterport tours, and Drone/Aerial imagery when applicable.

• Maintain a professional, punctual, and friendly demeanor on-site.

• Ensure raw files are uploaded by 10:00 PM EST on the day of the shoot.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in professional Real Estate or Architectural Photography.

• Equipment: Full-frame DSLR or Mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens (16mm–17mm equivalent) and a sturdy tripod. Preference for Canon or Nikon.

• Mobility: Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone.

• Soft Skills: Possess an exceptional eye for detail, strong communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

• Preferred Skills: FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Drone Certified).

• Familiarity with Matterport or similar 360° technology.

• Professional videography skills.

• Advanced shooting techniques such as HDR and Flambient.
