📋 Description

• The Real Estate Manager is essential in facilitating Bagel Brands’ growth strategy by identifying, evaluating, and promoting new store development opportunities within the portfolio.

• As a vital member of the Development team, this position collaborates with various departments including Real Estate, Design, Construction, Operations, and Finance to ensure the effective implementation of the company’s new store pipeline and long-term growth goals.

• Employ market analysis, site assessment, project coordination, and cross-functional teamwork to secure real estate opportunities that bolster brand expansion, operational efficiency, and an outstanding guest experience.

• Oversee and manage development workflows, timelines, and key milestone dates.

• Create site packages and prepare presentations for review and approval by the Real Estate Committee.

• Advocate for a proactive strategy in identifying and pursuing real estate opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five years of experience in commercial real estate, development, or a related field.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a comparable discipline.

• General understanding of the real estate development process.

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects at once.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based project management tools like Smartsheet.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.

• A keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality results.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required by business needs.
