Real Estate Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee a varied litigation portfolio with minimal supervision.

• Handle partnership disputes, construction issues, HOA matters, buyer/seller conflicts, and land use cases.

• Prepare and present motions, conduct depositions, and lead cases to trial.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.

• A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in California.

• Demonstrated capability in managing discovery, mediations, and trial preparations.

• Proficient in using AI ethically and responsibly to enhance legal practice.
