This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of incoming leads, ensuring prompt responses and effective matching with appropriate agents.
• Track agent follow-up and performance to maintain high conversion rates and compliance with company standards.
• Serve as the main contact for corporate relocation departments and referral networks.
• Leverage industry-specific software to monitor lead status, update referral partners, and create performance reports.
• Ensure all lead documentation and referral agreements are properly executed and maintained in the company’s internal database.
• Prior experience as a Relocation Coordinator or Leads Manager within a large brokerage (e.g., Sotheby’s, Compass, or other prominent national firms) is essential.
• Experience with a small team or individual agent is not an acceptable substitute for corporate brokerage experience.
• Significant experience with at least one of the following platforms is required: eRelocation (by ASK), AnywheRE or Leads Engine (by Anywhere/Realogy), Broker Center (by Cartus), Global Referral Network (Sotheby’s International Realty), CIH Network (Compass Real Estate).
• A strong command of the English language (both written and verbal) is necessary for interactions with high-net-worth clients and corporate partners.
• Must be able to work a designated 40-hour schedule aligned with either EST (New York) or PST (California) business hours.
