This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify, pursue, and finalize transformative deals in multifamily and hospitality assets, concentrating on high-value opportunities that are in line with Kasa’s growth objectives.
• Oversee the complete deal process, which includes sourcing, underwriting, structuring, negotiating, and closing.
• Collaborate with ownership to develop a strategic vision for the asset and coordinate internal resources to bring the project to fruition.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to institutional owners, brokers, and lenders, positioning Kasa as a preferred partner.
• Formulate and implement targeted growth strategies for specific regions and asset categories, concentrating on previously untapped markets.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level growth executives, promoting a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Share industry insights, best practices, and innovative methods to enhance the team’s overall effectiveness.
• Work alongside senior leadership to refine and advance Kasa’s deal playbook, incorporating data-driven insights and market trends.
• Create and deploy new partnership models that optimize portfolio growth and increase long-term value.
• Monitor, analyze, and present key performance indicators related to deal volume, market penetration, and unit growth to executive leadership.
• Established relationships with leading institutional owners, brokers, and lenders, with an emphasis on multifamily and hotel asset classes nationwide.
• At least 7 years of experience in institutional real estate, multifamily or hospitality acquisitions, management, or brokerage, demonstrating a capability to scale portfolios.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Proven track record of closing complex, high-value transactions, including management and franchise agreements.
• Advanced understanding of the business dynamics, regulatory environments, and property-level economics of multifamily and hospitality sectors.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring teams and contributing to organizational strategy.
• Highly strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel extensively to foster relationships and finalize deals.

• The Pay: The starting base salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $225,000 annually, determined by various factors, including business needs, market demands, talent availability, experience, and unique skills. This range is subject to change and may be adjusted. Additionally, this role may qualify for equity, bonuses, perks, benefits, and Kasa Travel Credits.
