This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, implement, and oversee a comprehensive program aimed at generating funds through real estate donations.
• Strategize the cultivation and solicitation efforts for donors and prospects.
• Handle the negotiation and finalization of both straightforward and complex gifts involving real estate assets valued at $100,000 or more.
• Manage and supervise the complete real estate gifting process, from acceptance to sale.
• Oversee the team involved in the Real Estate Gifts program.
• Discuss various types of real estate, including both immediate and deferred gifts, with a high level of expertise.
• Conduct and oversee thorough due diligence on complex outright gifts and devised real estate donations.
• A Bachelor’s degree along with 8 years of relevant experience or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• Significant experience and knowledge in real estate transactions, particularly in acquisition and eventual disposition of received properties.
• Understanding of legal aspects related to real estate transactions.
• Proven ability to conceive, develop, and manage multiple projects along with strategic objectives.
• Experience in planning and executing budgetary responsibilities.
• Proven track record in managing and supervising a multidisciplinary team.
• Background in a large, complex not-for-profit organization.
• Familiarity through experience, coursework, or training in real estate principles, practices, and procedures.
