Real Estate Entrepreneur – Property Concierge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own property concierge enterprise under the ALB brand as a genuine independent entrepreneur.

• Establish and cultivate your concierge business within your local area.

• Acquire mandates by prospecting and securing agreements with property owners who are interested in delegating their property management.

• Develop and oversee your local team, including cleaning and maintenance personnel.

• Independently manage your portfolio of properties utilizing ALB's digital tools.

• Opportunity for growth: create your own network of City Managers under your guidance.
