Real Estate Counsel – Wireless

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leading initiatives to facilitate the origination and closing of real estate assets throughout the United States.

• Overseeing a portfolio of deals nationally and promoting communication among pricing, origination, legal, and management teams.

• Negotiating and preparing documentation for commercial real estate transactions.

• Performing due diligence and underwriting assets concerning lease terms, anticipated cash flow, and facility details.

• Providing advice on strategic transactions and commercial issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, preferably with a mid to large-sized law firm.

• Familiarity with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is advantageous.

• Proficient in technology and adaptable to remote work environments.

• Juris Doctor degree and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States for any employer without the need for visa sponsorship.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative team spirit.

• A passion for adventure and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Proven ability to prioritize deal flow and make sound business decisions.

• Excellent oral, written, and analytical communication skills.
