Real Estate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Prepare and issue title opinions.

• Review title commitments and associated closing documents.

• Manage residential and commercial real estate closings, including purchases and refinances.

• Provide legal representation for both buyers and sellers during real estate transactions.

• Advise on title clearance, curative issues, and compliance with South Carolina real estate regulations.

• Coordinate with internal teams, lenders, agents, and clients throughout the transaction process.

• Act as South Carolina counsel for real estate and conveyancing matters as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active South Carolina Bar license in good standing is required.

• Candidates must currently reside in South Carolina.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, title, conveyancing, or a related legal field is essential.

• Strong understanding of South Carolina title standards, recording procedures, and settlement practices is required.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service abilities are necessary.

• Capability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple transactions is important.
