Real Estate Associate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Conduct home showings and facilitate open houses

• Participate in property inspections

• Collaborate with clients on a self-directed schedule

• Oversee workload and field activities within the Richmond area

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits

• Become a member of the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Complete a video screening and recruiter application process if selected

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will be working

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to acquire them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Must undergo a background screening in accordance with applicable laws
