• Showcase properties, conduct open houses, and participate in inspections

• Determine your own schedule and manage your workload

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will be working

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to acquire them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation and ability to navigate within your market

• Successful completion of Redfin's background screening
