This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

• Showcase properties and conduct open houses

• Participate in property inspections

• Submit an application and complete a video screening if you meet the minimum qualifications

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will be working

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to obtain these tools

• Readiness to join the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the Realtor Association

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to travel throughout your designated market area

• Background screening is mandatory
