This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Showcase properties and conduct open houses.

• Participate in inspections.

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will be working.

• Commitment to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to acquire them.

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Reliable transportation is essential.

• Capability to travel within your market area.

• Must successfully complete Redfin's background check in compliance with applicable laws.

• Status as an independent contractor (1099).
