• Possess a real estate license in the state where you will work.

• Willing to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Must have a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be willing to acquire them.

• Prepared to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Reliable transportation is essential.

• Ability to travel within your designated market area.

• Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
