Real Estate Associate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Conduct home showings and facilitate open houses

• Participate in property inspections

• Manage your schedule and determine your workload

• Engage with clients, particularly during weekends

• Execute field events without the pressure of sales, contracts, or closings

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits

• Submit a brief application and video screening if you meet the minimum qualifications

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state of employment

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to acquire them

• Intent to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable mode of transportation

• Ability to travel within your designated market area

• Background screening is mandatory
