Real Estate Associate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Conduct home showings and lead open house events

• Participate in property inspections

• Establish your own schedule and manage your workload

• Collaborate with clients, particularly during weekends

• Operate without the pressure of sales, contracts, or closings

• Work remotely in the field without the need for office visits

• Complete a video screening and the recruitment process if you meet the minimum qualifications

• Attend field events as an independent contractor

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will operate

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to acquire them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Ability to successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws
