This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

• Conduct home showings, facilitate open houses, and participate in property inspections

• Experience a high volume of customers, particularly during weekends

• No pressure related to sales, contracts, or closing processes

• Operate remotely in the field – no need for office visits

• Possess a real estate license in the state where you will operate and be willing to affiliate your license solely with Redfin

• Have a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the readiness to acquire these tools

• Willingness to become a member of the local MLS and Realtor Association

• A dependable mode of transportation and the capability to travel within your designated market
