• Valid real estate license in the state where you will be employed

• Commitment to affiliate your license solely with Redfin

• Possession of a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to acquire them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Reliable transportation is essential

• Capacity to travel within your designated market

• Ability to interact with clients, especially on weekends

• Background check is mandatory
