Real Estate Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate financial information and deliver precise financial insights and reports.

• Investigate real estate markets and analyze competing properties.

• Create and sustain asset management models.

• Assist in the company's quarterly portfolio forecasting and budgeting initiatives.

• Leverage Yardi for property-level accounting data management.

• Prepare underwriting for new leasing opportunities.

• Perform continuous analyses to aid decision-making related to business strategies.

• Maintain regular communication with property management teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience, which may include banking, real estate, finance, private equity, or asset management.

• A strong desire to learn and advance within a dynamic real estate investment firm.

• Excellent quantitative and technical/computer skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Yardi, and Argus Enterprise).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding written, verbal communication, and organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel occasionally, with access to a vehicle being necessary.
