Real Estate AI Research Contributor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create realistic Excel assignments based on personal experience in real estate, which includes enhancing existing models, correcting flawed models, and developing models from provided briefs.

• Methodically work through each assignment to derive a clear and accurate answer.

• Develop specific yes-or-no criteria for evaluating attempts.

• Participate in a walkthrough and present an original assignment, along with the brief and necessary input workbooks.

• Collaborate with reviewers to refine and secure approval on assignment rubrics.

• Assess tasks using current frontier AI models to measure their modeling capabilities.

• Contribute to Aptura's AI training and evaluation environments for professional applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate private equity, development, REITs, or real estate lending.

• Experience in at least one asset class: office, residential/multifamily, industrial/logistics, retail, hospitality, or data centers.

• Extensive hands-on Excel experience with acquisition and development models, promote waterfalls, circular references, goal-seek, and financial functions.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn concepts related to AI and evaluations.

• Submission of a CV is required.

• Attendance at a scheduled 30-minute group walkthrough call is mandatory.

• Creation of one original task based on personal work during the onboarding process is necessary.

• Uploading input files is compulsory.

• Input workbooks must be manually created and utilize sanitized real data or public data with the source identified.

• Use of AI to create the task brief or input workbooks is prohibited.

• Must work as an independent contractor.
