Real Estate Agent, Partnership Opportunity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary listing partner on-site to efficiently and professionally fill residential vacancies.

• Advertise rental properties on the MLS and other prominent platforms.

• Conduct property viewings for potential tenants.

• Engage with and evaluate applicants to identify those who meet our qualifications.

• Provide weekly reports on showing activities, applicant statuses, and feedback received.

• Adhere to essential deadlines to reduce vacancy durations.

• Facilitate the lease signing process and assist with onboarding new residents.

• Utilize an online portal for receiving listings, submitting updates, and maintaining communication.

• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent in good standing.

• Must be professional, responsive, and exceptionally organized.

• Comfortable using basic technology and capable of navigating our online portal.

• Ability to assess applicants based on provided qualifications.

• Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.

• Must work efficiently and meet established timelines.
