Real Estate Agent – Partnership Opportunity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• List rental properties on the MLS or other significant platforms.

• Conduct property showings for potential tenants.

• Communicate with and evaluate applicants to identify suitable candidates.

• Provide weekly updates regarding showing activities, applicant statuses, and feedback.

• Adhere to key deadlines to minimize vacancy periods.

• Facilitate lease signing and assist in transitioning new residents through our onboarding process.

• Utilize our online portal for receiving listings, submitting updates, and communication.

• Valid Arizona Real Estate Agent license in good standing.

• Professional demeanor, responsive, and exceptionally organized.

• Proficient with basic technology and comfortable using our online portal.

• Capability to screen applicants based on provided qualifications.

• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines.
