• Ensure reports are delivered accurately and punctually.

• Maintain an active license along with any BPO credentials mandated by the state.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid real estate license (including any state-mandated BPO credentials).

• Over 2 years of experience in BPOs, CMAs, or residential pricing.

• In-depth understanding of your local market and neighborhoods.

• Proficiency with technology and eagerness to adapt to a new platform.

• Strong attention to detail and dependable adherence to deadlines.
