Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Extraction of MLS listings

• Skip tracing and management of leads

• Pulling comparative market analyses for sales and rentals

• Oversight of property management

• Management of phone communications

• Execution of outbound and inbound marketing strategies (including SMS, direct mail, and ringless voicemails)

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in real estate acquisition, property management, or a similar field (including managerial experience for a US real estate client)

• Comprehensive understanding of real estate markets, trends, and investment tactics

• Expertise in Real Estate CRMs (specific CRMs required: REI Reply and skip tracing software)

• Skilled in conducting market research and analyzing property data

• Proficient in cold calling and setting appointments

• 2-5 years of managerial experience in a US real estate company
