• Define the technical direction and architecture for a white-label React Native platform.

• Establish and oversee modularization standards among engineering teams.

• Promote the adoption of design systems, feature management, and testing methodologies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of the technical roadmap with business goals.

• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams.

• Take ownership of the mobile platform's reliability, performance, and scalability.

• Lead the CI/CD strategy, release governance, and app store compliance.

• Represent mobile engineering in organizational technical decisions.

• Over 5 years of mobile development experience, including more than 4 years in leadership roles focused on React Native.

• Expertise in the React Native ecosystem, architectural patterns, and performance optimization techniques.

• Demonstrated leadership of 2-4 squads or platform teams with measurable outcomes.

• Proven experience scaling white-label platforms to hundreds of variants.

• Governance of multi-package monorepos and release automation for over 100 variants.

• Proficient in design systems, feature management, and testing strategies.

• A strong track record of building and leading engineering teams.

• Significant experience with release automation and app store processes.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.
