REACT NATIVE SPECIALIST

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement features utilizing React Native, with a focus on code quality, performance, and reusability.

• Work collaboratively with architects and technical teams to establish and apply architectural patterns as well as best practices in mobile development.

• Integrate applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable communication.

• Continuously enhance app performance, including reducing bundle size, improving startup speed, optimizing memory usage, navigation, and animations.

• Ensure compatibility and consistent functionality across both iOS and Android platforms.

• Actively engage in code reviews, contributing to the team's technical advancement.

• Develop and execute unit, integration, and functional tests to guarantee the robustness and reliability of deliverables.

• Assist in defining technical solutions and advancing application architecture.

• Investigate and troubleshoot complex performance and stability challenges.

• Stay updated with trends and advancements in the React Native ecosystem, suggesting ongoing improvements and technological innovations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Mobile Developer or Specialist with a focus on React Native.

• Proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Strong understanding of React 18 and the new architecture of React Native (Fabric and TurboModules).

• Extensive experience with state management using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Jotai, React Query (TanStack Query), or Context API.

• Familiarity with React Navigation 6+ and/or Expo Router.

• Advanced knowledge of React Native Reanimated and Gesture Handler for intricate animations and interactions.

• Experience in applying architectural patterns like Clean Architecture, Flux, and scalable mobile architectures.

• Proven experience in integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

• Proficient with VS Code, Xcode, and Android Studio.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications using Fastlane, EAS Build, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

• Familiarity with automated testing using Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, or Appium.

• Knowledge of version control using Git.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field in IT.
