This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications utilizing ReactJS.

• Create reusable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components.

• Oversee application state management using Redux, Context API, or similar frameworks.

• Effectively integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous operations.

• Produce clean, testable, and maintainable JavaScript/TypeScript code.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to application performance, functionality, and production.

• Engage in code reviews and influence technical decisions and development standards.

• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, QA, and backend teams to deliver top-quality features.

• Aid in enhancing development practices, code quality, and application performance.

• 5–7 years of professional software development experience, with substantial expertise in ReactJS.

• Strong command of ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• In-depth knowledge of React fundamentals, including functional components, hooks, component lifecycle, and reusable component design.

• Practical experience with state management, preferably with Redux or Context API.

• Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and managing asynchronous requests.

• Strong understanding of Git and contemporary software development workflows.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Good grasp of responsive web development and cross-browser compatibility.

• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and code quality abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven track record of delivering production-ready React applications.

• Advanced English proficiency is required.

• Advanced conversational skills in both English and Spanish are essential.

• Candidates must be located in Monterrey, Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Saltillo.

• Foreigners residing in Mexico must possess a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.
