This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of tracking delivery across various R&D projects and mobile application initiatives.
• Oversee timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery dashboards.
• Facilitate coordination among Engineering, Product, Design, QA, DevOps, Data, Monetization, UA, and other stakeholders.
• Proactively identify blockers and drive them towards resolution.
• Ensure that releases, integrations, experiments, and app enhancements transition smoothly from planning to production.
• Enhance development workflows, planning rituals, delivery processes, and inter-team communication.
• Deliver clear status updates to leadership, including insights on items that are on track, delayed, blocked, or at risk.
• Assist teams in balancing priorities, capacity, urgency, and business impact.
• Define and monitor delivery metrics such as cycle time, throughput, release predictability, blocked time, and delivery quality.
• Propel execution across R&D initiatives, releases, SDK integrations, product enhancements, and cross-functional projects.
• Establish delivery clarity, foster execution discipline, and ensure critical initiatives transition from planning to production reliably.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in delivery management, technical project management, program management, R&D operations, or a comparable role in a tech company.
• Proven experience in managing delivery across multiple engineering teams or intricate cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong grasp of software development lifecycles, release management, QA, and production delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, blockers, and stakeholder expectations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to drive progress without formal authority.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and grasping technical trade-offs.
• Data-driven approach with experience utilizing metrics to enhance delivery performance.
• Strong ownership, structure, follow-through, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Nice to have: Experience with mobile applications, Android, iOS, app stores, SDK integrations, or mobile release processes.
• Nice to have: Experience in firms managing multiple products, apps, or high-volume release environments.
• Nice to have: Experience with monetization, subscriptions, ads, A/B testing, analytics, or growth experimentation.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Shortcut, Confluence, GitHub, Firebase, Google Play Console, or App Store Connect.
