RCM QA Specialist – Cash Posting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Promptly and accurately post cash payments received from various sources.

• Execute detailed cash posting and denial posting procedures.

• Reconcile accounts and address discrepancies in cash postings.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of U.S. payer contracts, EOB/ERA codes, and adjustments.

• Keep abreast of updates in reimbursement policies, payer contracts, and industry regulations.

• Document cash posting processes and procedures comprehensively.

• Engage in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in revenue cycle management, specifically in cash posting.

• Solid understanding of cash posting and denial posting processes.

• Familiarity with U.S. payer contracts, EOB/ERA codes, and adjustments.

• Competent in utilizing computer applications, including MS Excel and billing software.

• Current knowledge of industry regulations and updates in reimbursement policies.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
