This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• The RCM Director oversees the performance of Credentialing, Access, and Billing (RCM).

• Develop and manage a fully integrated operational model encompassing Credentialing, Access, and Billing.

• Ensure that providers are enrolled, contracted, and billable in the most efficient manner.

• Promote consistent, high-quality Verification of Benefits (VOB) and prior authorization performance across all markets.

• Enhance cash collections, predictability, and overall revenue cycle performance.

• Strengthen relationships with payors and enhance contracting positions in various geographies.

• Implement scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and technology solutions, including AI tools.

• Collaborate with Market Leaders to educate field personnel on their influence on RCM efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of leadership experience in credentialing, access (VOB/PA), and/or revenue cycle management.

• Extensive knowledge of multi-state payor environments, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans.

• Proven track record in payor contracting and rate negotiations.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle performance and cash flow drivers.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platforms, preferably Athena, along with automation/AI tools.

• Demonstrated capacity to build systems, lead teams, and achieve measurable financial and operational results.
