RBSM – CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Perform remote evaluations and analyses of clinical trial data to detect trends, anomalies, and potential risks related to patient safety and data integrity.

• Work in partnership with site personnel and clinical teams to address issues identified during centralized monitoring activities and to implement necessary corrective and preventive measures.

• Leverage advanced data analytics tools and technology platforms to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of centralized monitoring processes.

• Offer support and guidance to study teams regarding centralized monitoring methodologies, best practices, and regulatory standards.

• Assist in the creation and enhancement of centralized monitoring strategies and protocols to ensure optimal data quality and compliance across clinical trials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related field.

• Prior experience in clinical research, data management, or monitoring within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO sectors.

• Strong comprehension of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines (e.g., ICH GCP, FDA regulations).

• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities, capable of recognizing patterns, trends, and discrepancies within clinical trial data.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work collaboratively across functions and convey complex concepts to various stakeholders.

• Availability to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).
