This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ CRM Management: Organize and maintain Close, HubSpot & Pipedrive β including pipelines, stages, properties, lead routing, SLA rules, and ensuring data hygiene.
β’ Automation & AI: Create workflows using Make/Zapier, webhooks, scoring systems, and automated tasks, as well as email/WhatsApp sequences.
β’ Integrations: Connect Typeform, ManyChat, Calendly, payment systems, ads platforms, Airtable/Notion β ensuring bidirectional syncs and de-duplicated records.
β’ Analytics & Dashboards: Analyze conversion chains and develop dashboards in Excel/Sheets/Airtable, incorporating alerts.
β’ Process Optimization: Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management to pinpoint bottlenecks, develop SOPs & playbooks, and conduct A/B tests.
β’ Training & Support: Equip Sales/AM teams with concise guides, Loom videos, and playbooks.
β’ Strong affinity for marketing technology and extensive CRM knowledge (Close preferred; HubSpot also accepted).
β’ Proficient in Make or Zapier (APIs, webhooks, error management, version control).
β’ 3β5+ years of experience in RevOps/CRM/automation (preferably in coaching, finance, or real estate).
β’ Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, QUERY, regex, modeling) and experience in dashboard creation.
β’ Familiarity with using AI to enhance workflows (e.g., auto-tags, automated notes, scoring).
β’ Data-driven approach: focus on deduplication, mappings, schemas, and naming conventions.
β’ Ability to create structured documentation (SOPs, runbooks) and communicate clearly; proficiency in German at DE C1+ level.
