This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• As a Sigma champion and product expert, customers will seek your guidance and knowledge.
• Serve as an advisor to our clients on technical best practices, including
• Gather product feedback from customers and collaborate with the product team to enhance our product roadmap.
• Discover new use cases to expand accounts and identify areas where Sigma can deliver the most value to secure renewals.
• Develop customer references for the marketing team.
• Create and develop software solutions for Business Intelligence and analytics products while offering technical expertise for post-sales customer success.
• Engage directly with clients to comprehend business and technical requirements and implement customized analytics solutions in their environments; provide advice on best practices for implementation, performance, security, embedded analytics, and API access; work alongside Product Managers and Engineering teams to deliver and refine customer solutions.
• Document software and technical implementations; oversee deployed solutions and resolve complex technical issues; and gain knowledge of product capabilities, release processes, and maintenance procedures to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• At least 10 years of experience in business intelligence within a customer-facing technical role (customer success or consulting).
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Familiarity with database concepts.
• Experience with data warehousing, preferably in a cloud environment (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Proficient in designing, developing, and writing software and custom solutions using technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, React, GraphQL, and GitHub.
• Experience with ETL processes.
• Proven track record of implementing production business intelligence solutions.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and Web Development is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• Capability to work remotely full-time with potential travel of up to 50% (eventually).
