This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Actively engage with current customers through phone, chat, and email.
• Cultivate trustworthy relationships within your assigned customer portfolio.
• Comprehend each customer's business, objectives, and financial requirements.
• Assist customers in maximizing their value from Finom by introducing relevant features and products.
• Suggest the most suitable plans and services tailored to customer needs.
• Spot opportunities to enhance product adoption and customer interaction.
• Reach out to customers exhibiting signs of churn and aid in their retention.
• Reconnect with inactive customers and promote increased usage of Finom.
• Inform customers about new features, products, and best practices.
• Collect customer feedback and pinpoint areas for enhancing the customer journey.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to elevate the customer experience.
• Serve as a champion for our customers, ensuring their feedback is represented throughout the organization.
• Fluent in German OR Dutch, with a C1 level in English.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in providing customer support via phone calls.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A sincere enthusiasm for facilitating customer success.
• A proactive attitude with the assurance to reach out to customers.
• Strong problem-solving and consultative capabilities.
• Business acumen with the skill to comprehend customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Comfortable engaging with customers through phone, chat, and email.
• Inquisitive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Experience in fintech or the financial sector is preferred.

• Annual salary of up to 24,000 EUR gross per year.
