Rating Associate – Endorsements

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reviews and processes endorsements within the designated rating authority.

• Updates relevant information according to the line of business authority, which includes modifying VIN numbers and adjusting deductible or liability limits.

• Reaches out to agents for essential information needed to finalize an endorsement.

• Manages cancellations and reinstatements of policies.

• Aids in entering rating data into the rating system to provide quotes and issue policies for new business and renewals, following the guidance of underwriters.

• Inputs information into the rating system, including larger schedules and updates.

• Performs support tasks for branch departments, such as ordering reports and gathering information for both new and existing business.

• Completes bulk updates and projects as assigned by corporate departments.

• Engages in rating training and educational courses.

• Consults with experienced rating associates to ask questions and enhance understanding of rating processes and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Preferred one year of office support experience.

• General knowledge of insurance terminology is preferred.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word.

• Strong communication and human relations skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Outstanding customer service abilities.
